In otherwords were you told you needed to do some exercise due to bone density issues, cardiovascular issues or that you needed to lose some weight because it was negatively affecting your health? Or do you know you aren’t as strong, flexible or have the balance you once had?

Step into a realm of total wellness transformation. Let’s start with FREE Health Assessments. I schedule these for an hour, so we can discuss your goals and see if we are a good fit! They can include; measurements, photos, strength testing, and agility testing. But this is a discussion FIRST!

DIY and Do it With You. This is a hybrid program - Following free Health Assessments, we meet in the studio twice a month for check ins. I provide you with written workouts to do on your own for the next two weeks and have videos to remind you how to do the exercises. You are able to text with me, we can adjust the workouts as needed. We go over the movements in the studio, so you know what you are to do. $195.

Fitness Let's sculpt a stronger, vibrant version of yourself together! During this program we begin with the health assessments and goal setting. Then I develop a plan for you, accounting for any limitations you may have and the goals you have stated. It is best to work together for a a minimum of 12 weeks, meeting twice a week. $480/month, 8 sessions

Nutrition

Fitness & Nutrition. Let’s focus on your fitness, strength, balance and flexibility but let’s add in nutrition. Nutrition is the break point for all clients who can’t get to the weight wellness or appearance they are looking for. We workout together twice a week and discuss nutrition. I provide you with a plan and caloric intake information. $520/month; 8 sessions.

You know what you are doing for fitness BUT you need some guidance on food choices, amounts and plans. Nutrition coaching and meal planning is an area where we discuss how you like to eat healthily and I provide you plans, shopping lists and caloric intake. $200/month; 4 sessions.

Wellness

Wellness Coaching. Step into a realm of total wellness transformation. Let's sculpt a stronger, vibrant version of yourself together! This program begins with assessments and goal setting, then jumps into the program that fits you. We work together and you attain your goals! We meet once a week discussing your progress. $200/month: 4 sessions
